If you booked directly with us or through a travel agent

You will get an email directly us.

If you booked through Airbnb, VRBO or similar websites

You will get an email directly from those companies. Please make replying to them apriority. Many of these have timers and will expire.

Please do them all of these. Use Cut and Paste to make it easy for yourself.

For the Lease Signer:
Each review website has its own guidelines for placing reviews which we both must adhere to. The only thing that we ask is that your reviews are truthful. Any attempt to use a review for the purpose of forcing us to pay you funds or do anything that could be considered extortion is illegal. Likewise, VCJ Property is bound by contract to handle your deposit within 60 days of your departure and to only make a list of deductions, if any, within 30 days of the end of your lease.
