Accommodations

We can rent the home in three ways; East Wing, West Wing and the Entire Home.

The Entire Home

The Entire Home features 26 rooms with 12 bedrooms and 7 baths.
The home is tastefully decorated with period furnishings and artwork. We have central air-conditioning with four separate zones. Outside on North Water there are 2 spacious porches with water views of Edgartown Harbor. Our backyard lawn is one of the largest in Edgartown and features a large brick patio with seating for 22. There is an outdoor LP barbecue, croquet, Bocce , and an outdoor shower. We have off street parking for four cars. The home is flexible and can accommodate up to 26 people, yet is best enjoyed and most gracious for a family.  Most of our guests average 10 in the house and use the extra space for privacy. I lived in house with just my brother and parents from 1955 until 2007. We used the extra space for house guests that came several times a summer. The best bedrooms are located on the first and second floor and can accommodate 15 people. The loft in the back of the house and the 4 bedrooms on the 3rd floor add another 10 people.

Square Footage: The full house is 8,400 square feet or 750 square meters
If you add the two front porches you are almost at 9,000 square feet

We are committed to doing whatever we can to make your stay in our family home on Martha’s Vineyard a special one. We think that our house is the best in town and offers any visitor a truly unique and authentic island experience. Judging from our sellouts over the last 10-years of operation, our guests agree.
