Each year more and more people want to tour the Captain Morse House.
Each year we do around 30 rentals of this Nationally Registered vacation rental home. We have rented the Captain Morse House for weddings, family reunions, fundraisers, and corporate retreats. The location is perfect; just a few blocks from the center of town and yet an easy walk to dining, shopping, and beaches.
Because of all of these requests, we have come up with this post to help manage them.
Tour Requests:
We can only show the house starting at 4:00pm of the day when guests depart and on any vacant day.

We have to arrange for our local agent to show the house and the agent charges a fee to do so.
We are happy to provide tours at no charge if you have selected available dates and used our website to receive a quote.
If you wish to tour the house prior to making firm plans then we charge $100. This is for up to four people and is refundable upon your booking of the house.
Self Guided Tour:
Our website has lots of pictures, a virtual tour, and a video of the house. The professional photos of weddings and events at the house should also be helpful.
