This bathroom is the one that is closest to North Water Street (East) on the 2nd floor. The current tile is 1” x 1” and is loose. It was installed in 2010 I think and was never a perfect choice.
Below is the first sketch of how we thought the bath would work out. As we got into the demo we found out that it made way more sense to demo the closet of the adjoining bedroom #3. That bedroom happened to have plenty of closet space already.
