There is no doubt that the house is perfect for family reunions and celebrations but it is rare that it gets used by such a wonderful group with such a colorful story.
Paul Simko celebrated his 90th Birthday surrounded by his large family who came from as far away as Switzerland and Argentina. They maxed out the house and enjoyed every inch of it. Paul escaped from Austria to La Paz Bolivia just before the start of WW II. He emigrated to Argentina in 1946 and started a successful import export business there.
Paul has a wonderful large family and became a US citizen in 2010. His birthday celebrations have been large affairs and have been held in various wonderful locations around the world. We were lucky to have hosted him.
