Cleaning fee is $500 but can increase depending on how you leave the home.
Security Deposit is $3,000. Special events and circumstances can increase the deposit.
Linens and towels are supplied. Note that two of the bedrooms (#4 and #5) can be set up as a King or two twins. Let us know your preference.
